USA Street Dance is governed by the New Dance Disciplines Commission (NDDC) within USA Dance, which is the US national member body of the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF), and is recognized by the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC). Our collaboration extends to partnerships with AAU Dance and the International School Sport Federation for dance sport (ISF).
Our mission is to unite, organize, advance, and preserve Hip-Hop and street dance as a dance sport across the USA. We bridge the gap between grassroots passion and professional excellence, providing comprehensive educational resources, standardized judging, and a pathway to the Olympic stage. Our commitment is to the dancers, ensuring that the legacy of Breaking, Hip-Hop, and all street styles continues to thrive with integrity and innovation.
